HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Please read carefully before signing

I understand that by signing below, I am permitting my child to participate in the Basketball Camp. I agree to release and hold harmless Tracy Spartans, its staff from any loss, claim, demand or cause of action that I or my heirs, executors, or assignees may have, either now or at any time in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with the Basketball Summer Camp.

I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Tracy Spartans, its staff, coaches, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Tracy Spartans, its staff, coaches, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation.

I understand that I am releasing Tracy Spartans of liability for all property damage or personal injuries that may sustain while traveling to and from the Basketball Summer Camp. I also agree to be responsible for any property damage or personal injuries that my child may cause while traveling to and from the Basketball Summer Camp.
